How much are the delivery charges?
The delivery charges depend on the product weight and the address of delivery. The cost will be calculated after the product is added on your online cart and when you checkout. Shipping is not free unless it was mentioned on the product page. You will be able to see the shipping charges.
What is the estimated delivery time?
We will ship the products from our supplier's location within 5-4 days after your order is placed. The shipping company will take 2-7 days depending on the distance from our suppliers to your address. The delivery time may vary depending on type of product it is also mentioned on each product below the add cart.
How will the delivery be done?
You have two options to select from
1) Shipping courier – your product will get delivered to your own address
2) Bus transport – you will have to go to the bus transport's office to pick up your order
What about warranty and hidden costs (sales tax, VAT, CST etc.)?
There are no hidden costs or additional charges. The price mentioned on the website is the final price. Our prices are inclusive of all taxes. All taxes are included in the GAJ price. You will receive an order detail copy by email. This order invoice copy will give the price and the tax details of your order. Warranty is given by manufactuer and warranty claim will be addressed by the manufactuer or supplier directly.
Why does the estimated delivery time vary from product to product?
Items which are mentioned as "Stock: Available" on product pages, are readily available to ship from our warehouse or our suppliers warehouse. The product will be given to shipping courier company within 3-4 businessdays after we receive your order. The shipping company will take 2-7 days to deliver based on your address. Some products are order to make and requires extra delivery time. You will get an email notification as soon as the product ships from us .
What is the warranty for the products purchased?
They are mentioned in the warranty section in each of the product. General warranty under any defects is returns within 15 days.
Does GAJ deliver internationally?
GAJ can do international deliveries if the orders are in bulk. We are currently working with shipping courier to also include smaller order. This will be available soon.
How do I Cancel an Order on GAJ?
If you cancel your order before your product has shipped, we will refund the entire amount. Please call our customer support number mentioned above.
How do I return or exchange a product?
- If you've received the product and want to return it, we offer you a No Questions Asked Return Policy. Within 15 days of receiving your shipment, you may return any unopened item(s) in its original packaging, for a refund (excluding shipping costs).
- If you want to return the product after 15 days of receiving your product and before the warranty period expires. Contact our customer support center with your information and we can work with you to see how to return the product.
- If you want to return a product that does not have a warranty and after 15 days of receiving the product. You may still be able to return the product. A restocking fee might apply. Please contact our customer support to process the return.
- If you receive an incorrect product or a damaged product, please contact our customer support. We will ship a new product within 1-4 days as soon as we get the returned product.
- If you ordered an incorrect product by mistake. The same points mentioned above will apply.
What if there is a dispute in shipment?
We will provide you with the signature document of who received the package, from the shipping courier as our proof of delivery.
How will I know if my order is in process or shipped?
You will get an email notification from our website which confirms your order and with an order number. This order is under process. As soon as we or our supplier ships the product a tracking number and the shipping courier information will be emailed to you along with your order information.
How soon will I get the refund?
We will process the refund within 5 business days of receiving and inspecting the product. You will receive a cheque for the refund. It might take one week to a maximum of three weeks before you get your money back.
What if I paid twice for the same product?
We will issue a refund for the second payment. You will either receive a cheque for the refund. It might take one week to three weeks before you get your money back.
