How do I make a payment for products purchased at this GAJ Website?

How do I pay using a Credit or Debit card and is it safe?

We accept any VISA and MasterCard.

Both Indian and International.

You will have to enter the 16-digit Credit or Debit Card number and the 3 digit CVV Code (Card Verification Value - found on the back of the card) in order to place the order at our Website.

Your Credit and Debit card details are safe with us and our bank. GAJ uses highly secure 128 bit SSL encrypted and trusted payment gateways to protect your card information from others. You don't need to worry about using your credit card on our Website.

Are there any hidden charges when I make a purchase on GAJ (Octroi, Sales Tax)?

There are absolutely no hidden charges when you make a purchase with GAJ.

The only charge is shipping charge.

Shipping charge is calculated by the weight of the product you purchase and the address where it has to be delivered to.

You will see the shipping charge when you order the product.

All taxes (CST, VAT, Excise duty and Sales Taxes are already included in the price of the product)

You can make the Demand Draft, Cheque or Money Order in favour of "GAJ Retail Services" payable at par in Coimbatore and mail it to us at the address given below:

In case of cheque payments, orders will be processed only after the cheque is cleared. We accept cheques which are payable "at par" at Coimbatore.

What should be enclosed when sending a check

Send us a cover letter with the details of your product (model number, price)

Also send your name, shipping address, phone number and email address.

Please send an email to info@gajsupply.com and let us know that you have sent a cheque. This will help us process your order quicker.

How much are the delivery charges?

The delivery charges depend on the product weight and the address of delivery. The cost will be calculated after the product is added on the cart and when go to checkout you will be able to see the shipping charges.

What is the estimated delivery time?

The product will be shipped from our warehouse within 7-10 working days after you have placed the order.

How will the delivery be done?

We send all our products by FedEx Express Saver and Courier Service

What about warranty and hidden costs (sales tax, octroi etc.)?

There are no hidden costs or additional charges. The price mentioned on the website is the final price. Our prices are all inclusive. All taxes are included with the list prices. You will receive a invoice copy of all charges in your mail, you have 24 hours to decline the order.

Why does the estimated delivery time vary from product to product?

Items which are mentioned as "Stocks: Available" on product pages, are material readily available in our supplier warehouse. The product will be given to shipping company after 2 days and anywhere from 2-7 days to ship the product to your address. You will get an email notification as soon as the product ships from our warehouse.

What is the warranty for the products purchased?

Some products have warranty and some do not. They are mentioned in the warranty section in each of the product. Check the warranty page for more information.

Does GAJ deliver internationally?

GAJ can make international deliveries if the orders are in bulk. In future we will be commissioning warehouses and we can ship locally at that time.

How do I Cancel an Order on GAJ?

If you Cancel your order before your product has shipped, we will refund the entire amount.

How do I return or exchange a product?

  1. If you've received the product and want to return it, we offer you a No Questions Asked Return Policy. Within 15 days of receiving your shipment, you may return any unopened item(s) in its original packaging, for a refund (excluding shipping costs).
  2. If you want to return the product at a much later date, after 15 days of receiving the product and before the warranty period expires. Contact our customer support center with your information and we can work with you to see how to return or exchange the product.
  3. If you want to return a product that does not have a warranty, after 15 days of receiving the product. You may still be able to return the product if incorrect product was delivered and if the product is not damaged. A 15% restocking fee might apply.
